Zent-001 leads the WEE1 field
Zent-001 is a first-in-class, oral, once-daily WEE1 inhibitor. By blocking the checkpoint cancer cells rely on, it drives tumor cells toward cell death while being designed for convenient at-home administration.
Developed alongside a companion diagnostic, Zent-001 is being evaluated in biomarker-defined populations where a non-chemotherapy option could change the standard of care.
